Notice

Temporarily Closed more

The Chicago History Museum is temporarily closed to the public until further notice to support the state of Illinois’s efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19. While we’d love to see you enjoy Chicago history in person, we also want you to stay safe. You can still engage with the Museum through our online exhibitions, virtual programs, and digital resources. Learn more about our current offerings.

We're open for carryout and outdoor dining!

The North & Clark Cafe has been a local gathering spot for both Museum visitors and neighborhood patrons alike. We pride ourselves on our fresh-made menu offerings and unique daily specials. We’re serving up Chicago-style hot dogs, all-day breakfast, and some of the best burgers in the Windy City! Whether it’s a coffee from Chicago’s own Intelligentsia, a craft beer or wine, check us out in the café, on the patio at the corner of North & Clark, or order online! Call 312-799-2121 to order ahead for pickup.
