Partner Event | Chicago Interfaith Trolley Tour

American Islamic College 640 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL

Hosted by The Hassan Institute for Interfaith Encounter at American Islamic College, The Interreligious Institute at Chicago Theological Seminary, and A Center for Christian-Muslim Engagement for Peace and Justice at The Lutheran School of Theology, this trolley tour stops at four sacred spaces on the North Side of Chicago and concludes with a reception at American Islamic College.

This educator workshop explores our exhibition Injustice: The Trial for the Murder of Emmett Till. Dr. Christopher Benson of Northwestern University will share his work on the historical significance of the murder of Emmett Till, and CHM educators will demonstrate a classroom activity based on courtroom drawings.
