Virtual Teacher Seminar | Democracy Limited: Chicago Women and the Vote

Saturday, March 6

Saturdays, March 6 and March 20, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Join us for an exclusive two-part seminar presented in collaboration with the New-York Historical Society. At the first session, we’ll introduce you to CHM’s newest online exhibition, Democracy Limited: Chicago Women and the Vote, and ways to utilize the site with your students. During the second session, NYHS staff will share their Women & the American Story curriculum, a FREE online resource to which CHM contributed and explores the myriad and often critical roles women played in shaping United States history.

You may attend one session or both. 3 PD hours per session or 6 for both. Recommended for teachers of grades 5–12.
