Modern by Design: Chicago Streamlines America

Saturday, November 3

In the 1930s, Chicago emerged as a center for streamlined design, an aerodynamic style expressing optimism and a desire for speed and power. The popularity of the streamlined aesthetic prompted companies to incorporate it into a vast array of consumer products. At this session, explore our newest exhibition Modern by Design: Chicago Streamlines America and receive resources to incorporate design-thinking in your classroom.
