The Members’ Annual Meeting has been a Museum tradition for more than 100 years! Take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn about the history of Chicago pubs from historian Liz Garibay and authors June Sawyers and Bill Savage, sample beer from Chicago’s own Revolution Brewing, and hear from CHM president Donald Lassere as he reflects on 2022 and looks forward to our upcoming exhibitions, programs, and projects.

CHM has limited copies of Chicago Beer: A History of Brewing, Public Drinking and the Corner Bar by June Sawyers and The Old-Time Saloon: Not Wet – Not Dry, Just History, annotated and introduced by Bill Savage, available for advance purchase. Books must be picked up the night of the event and cannot be mailed. Details can be found on the RSVP page.
