Back by popular demand! Hot dogs have loomed large in Chicago history, from the World’s Columbian Exposition to ubiquitous Vienna Beef food stands, from the Union Stock Yard to Hot Doug’s. Join writer Bill Savage on this multistop exploration of hot dogs as an expression of the history of a city of immigrants and their street food cultures.
Tour runs 3-4 hours; food is not included with ticket price. Meet at the Chicago History Museum.
