The Guild of the Chicago History Museum invites you to join them for their 70th Anniversary Gala Celebration, which will commemorate seven decades in style that highlight and acknowledge their mission.
The Guild of the Chicago History Museum supports the museum’s goals and objectives through education, service and fundraising.
During the evening CHM Senior Curator, Libby Mahoney, will share her inspiration for CHM’s latest exhibition Modern By Design: Chicago Streamlines America. This exhibition serves as CHM’s contribution to the Art Design Chicago collaboration, and features more than 300 objects, interiors, photographs, and printed materials produced in Chicago that represent on a mass scale the 1930’s thru the 1950’s.
