Chicago’s on Fire
Thursday, January 1
Follow the Great Chicago Fire’s path of destruction with historian Al Walavich. Starting at the source of the fire—Mrs. O’Leary’s cowshed, now the Chicago Fire Department Training Facility—head to its northern boundaries in Lincoln Park. Along the way, learn about “fireproof” buildings that burned and the few structures that survived.
Tour lasts 3.5 to 4 hours and makes three to four stops. Meet at the Chicago History Museum.
The Museum is proud to use Chicago Classic Coach for our bus tours.
