Family Event | AAPI Heritage Month
Saturday, May 21
Join us as we celebrate Chicago’s Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities! We’ve connected with Asian American groups from across the city to highlight their histories and cultures. Enjoy performances by CIRCA-Pintig and Lane Tech High School’s Filipino Club and storytelling by Anne Shimojima. Walk through our resource fair, where you can learn about AAPI organizations around the city and how they help their communities. Our interactive map activity encourages guests to share where they are from and discuss family histories.
This event is FREE with Museum admission.
