This popular series features contemporary Chicagoans and Chicagoans-at-heart sharing personal stories that reveal how the city’s identity affects their work and how they have made an impact on the city.
The Museum has welcomed a variety of well-known figures with backgrounds in professional sports, broadcasting, arts, and entertainment, including: Ernie Banks, Minnie Minoso, Mary Zimmerman, Bernie Sahlins, Rick Bayless, Gary Wills, Bill Kurtis, Walter Jacobson, Ana Castillo, Robert Falls, Bonnie Hunt, Chicago (the band), Stuart Dybek, Jim Belushi, Jane Lynch, and William Petersen.

Refund Policy:
Refunds for a tour will be given in the form of tour credit which can
be applied to another tour. Credit will be given with a minimum of two
weeks notice prior to the day of the tour. No exceptions.
Sign Language Interpretation:
The Chicago History Museum is happy to offer sign language
