After nearly ten years working in coffee, Joel Krause still feels that there is always something new and exciting to learn about the beloved beverage. He has extensive knowledge and experience with latte art, pour over brewing, coffee varieties, and the general science of coffee and has lead countless classes and training sessions across the country. Krause had the pleasure of conducting a coffee cupping for ChicaGO24 last year. He has been with La Colombe Coffee Roasters for the past four years and is also a member of the New Gotham Coffee Community board. From the ripened cherry to your cup, he is thrilled to be able to share his knowledge and experience about coffee with you!
