Development Assistant – Gift Processor

The Development Assistant – Gift Processor is responsible for updating the Raiser’s Edge (RE) database for the Chicago History Museum (CHM) Institutional Advancement (IA) Department including processing gift/donations and event registrations. The Assistant is responsible for maintaining the CHM RE database in keeping with our high standards of accuracy and our written procedures. Key to this role’s responsibilities is the accurate, timely recording of all gift, constituent, and other changes records and regular communication with coworkers.

Visitor Services Associate – Part Time

The Visitor Services Associate plays an integral part in the daily, primary, visitor-related functions of CHM. The Associate supports the Visitor & Member Services staff in a variety of departmental tasks, with the primary focus on front line ticketing, reservations and membership sales. The Associate assures that timely, courteous and helpful service of the highest quality is afforded to all visitors.
